14 DAY TRIAL // Do you remember a story of a couple of weeks ago about how the reason why Jennifer Garner pulled the plug on her 10-year marriage to Ben Affleck at the beginning of July was that she’d found out he’d taken their kids’ nanny, Christine Ouzounian, on a secret trip with him to Las Vegas?
This happened after their family trip to the Bahamas, which, she hoped, would help them work out their marriage issues. Affleck slept with the nanny on that trip too and then he whisked her to Las Vegas, telling Garner that he was giving her a ride back to Los Angeles on his private jet.
He didn’t really do that, of course, and now there’s a photo to prove it.
Ouzounian partied with Affleck in Las Vegas, Tom Brady too
The initial report claimed that Affleck told Ouzounian that he would take her home back to Los Angeles and she believed him. On the way there, he reportedly informed her he had changed his mind and would fly her instead to Las Vegas, where he wanted to take part in a poker tournament. They also stopped to pick Tom Brady up, as he also expressed a desire to attend.
Admittedly, Ouzounian agreed because she thought she couldn’t say no, because “he was practically her boss.” Since Garner was still in the Bahamas, she didn’t feel like she was skipping on her nanny duties because the 3 children of the former A-list couple were in good hands.
When they finally did get back to LA, Garner knew something was off, and after some investigation, she found out about the little detour. Within hours, her publicist had announced the divorce.
Affleck’s camp rushed to deny the story, saying there was never anything inappropriate happening between him and his employee. They were on friendly terms and that was that. This denial also hinted that there was no truth to the rumors that he had flown her to Vegas with him and kept her hidden in his hotel room for the entire stay.
A photo has emerged proving that the Vegas trip really did happen: you can see it attached to this article. That’s the ex-nanny, Ouzounian, casually chilling on Affleck’s private plane and showing off all of Tom Brady’s Super Bowl rings.
The fact that he let her put them on suggests that she was intimate enough to Affleck in his presence, that they acted like they were more than just an employer and a member of his staff.
She was there “on business”
Shortly after the photo emerged online, people from Affleck’s camp (presumably his publicist) started talking to the media, explaining why and how the photo was taken.
One of them tells Page Six that the trip to Vegas had been planned and wasn’t a detour for them to sleep together. Ouzounian was there on business, helping Affleck out with his charity. And he wasn’t alone with him and Brady on the plane either.
“There were many other people on the plane, including other assistants and staff working for Ben who were helping with the event, and many of these also tried on Tom’s Super Bowl rings and took photos,” says the source. “Ben and Tom Brady are good friends, and he is grateful that Tom agreed to attend his charity event.”
Again, while this is happening, the nanny is staying at the Bel Air Hotel in LA on Affleck’s tab, which has already gone up to $12,000 (€10,810). Garner is in Atlanta shooting a new movie and she has the kids with her. Affleck visited last weekend and is now back in LA doing press for a new project with Matt Damon.
