Although the latest reports claim the V10 was a complete failure in South Korea where the unusual smartphone was released earlier this month, it looks like LG has big plans for it.

The handset maker has teamed up with major carrier AT&T for the launch of the LG V10 in the United States. Customers will be able to pre-order the smartphone beginning today, but the V10 won't hit shelves until November 6.

Those who wish to buy this smartphone packing a secondary display will be able to do so for $250 if they agree to a new two-year contract. LG V10 is available at AT&T in both Space Black and Opal Blue color options.

It's also worth mentioning that customers can get the LG V10 for $0 down on AT&T Next 24 ($23.34 per month), 18 ($29.17 per month) and 12 ($35 per month).

Free goodies are included in the sales package

The good news is for a limited time, customers who purchase the LG V10 will also receive a free 200GB memory card, extra battery and battery charging cradle.

LG V10 ships with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system right out of the box, but the main selling point is the secondary 2.1-inch display that supports 160 x 1040 pixels resolution.

Also, the high-end smartphone boasts a stunning 5.7-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass 4 coating.

On the inside, LG V10 is equipped with a 64-bit 1.8GHz hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, an Adreno 418 graphics processing unit and 4GB of RAM.

The smartphone packs no less than 64GB of storage inside, but users can further expand storage up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

On top of that, LG V10 features MIL-STD-810G certification, which means it can withstand shock when dropped from up to 4 feet onto a flat surface.
