Ariana Grande has turned her half-, high ponytail into her trademark, so whenever she does something different to her hair, it’s bound to make headlines. If this happens on the artwork for an upcoming single, then the buzz online is even greater.

The former Nickelodeon star has a new single out on October 30, “Focus,” her first release since the 2014 “One Last Time.” “Focus” just got an official cover, and believe it or not, but Ariana is rocking platinum blonde hair on it.

Chances are the blonde is just a trick on the eye, but still, the difference is startling. We’ll probably get our answer with the official video.

“Focus” will be included on her third studio album, “Moonlight,” which will be out at a later, to-be-specified date.

Meanwhile, as a bonus, there’s a new Ariana song in the form of a collaboration with the famous Andrea Bocelli. “E Più Ti Penso” was originally featured on the official soundtrack of the 1984 movie “Once Upon a Time in America,” and the duet version will be included on Bocelli’s album “Cinema,” out in stores on October 23.

It also has an official music video, which you can see in full and in HD below. It was shot in Rome, Italy and Tokyo, Japan, with Ariana telling the media that she jumped at the chance of this collaboration as it’d been a dream of hers.
