Apple released today the fourth watchOS 4.3 beta operating system for Apple Watch devices to registered developers via the OTA (Over-the-Air) update system and its Apple Developer website.

Apple's upcoming iOS 11.3, macOS High Sierra 10.13.4, and tvOS 11.3 operating system received the fourth beta update on Monday, and now, as expected, the Cupertino-based company released the watchOS 4.3 beta 4 build (15T5199f), which is only available to registered developers.

Therefore, if you're running watchOS 4.3 beta 3 or a previous beta version on your Apple Watch smartwatch, you can now update it to watchOS 4.3 beta 4 by opening the Watch app on your iPhone running iOS 11.3 beta, then going to General -> Software Update and install the new version from there.

watchOS 4.3 beta 4 doesn't bring any notable changes

Unfortunately, the fourth beta of the upcoming watchOS 4.3 operating system for Apple Watch devices doesn't bring any notable changes or Apple forgot to update the release notes page. Most probably it only contains minor bug and security fixes, and hopefully it will also improve the battery life, but we'll let you know if anything changes.

The previous watchOS 4.3 beta was released on February 21, 2018, which updated the battery complication to no longer report remaining battery percentage in increments of 5, as well as to update the Weather to report information for greater China. The next beta is expected in mid-March with more improvements.

Apple doesn't yet offer public beta builds for watchOS, so only those with an active and paid Apple Developer account can install the beta versions. However, Apple recommends deploying the watchOS beta versions only on devices dedicated to watchOS beta software development, so don't use it as your daily driver.
