Today, November 7, 2016, Apple seeded the second Beta development milestone of its upcoming iOS 10.2, watchOS 3.1.1, and tvOS 10.1 operating systems to developers enrolled in the Apple Developer program.

Tagged as build 14C5069c for iOS 10.2 Beta 2, build 14S5869b for watchOS 3.1.1, and build 14U5574b for tvOS 10.1, the new development milestones are now available on your developer account and you can install them on your registered iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple Watch, or Apple TV devices following the instructions provided there.

Of course, if you're currently using the first Beta of iOS 10.2, watchOS 3.1.1 or tvOS 10.1 on your registered devices, you can update to today's Beta 2 release via the OTA (Over-the-Air) update system. Please note that macOS 10.12.2 Beta 2 and Xcode 8.2 Beta 2 aren't available at the moment of writing this article.

Public Beta 2 of iOS 10.2 coming soon with new TV app

As usual, Apple addresses many of the bugs reported by public testers and developers during the Beta 1 testing phase, which means that the new Beta should be more stable and reliable. Talking about public beta testing, Apple has not yet seeded the Public Beta 2 build of iOS 10.2, but it should arrive in the coming hours via OTA updates.

Make sure you update to iOS 10.2 Public Beta 2 when it hits the streets, as Apple pushed its new TV app unveiled during the "Hello Again" event that took place last month so you can track your favorite TV shows and movies. We can't wait to install it too so we can publish here our first impressions of the new TV app.

Lastly, if you're installing tvOS 10.1 Beta 2, please try to keep in mind that it's designed only for the 4th generation Apple TV. For supported devices for iOS 10.2 Beta 2 and watchOS 3.1.1 Beta 2, make sure you check out the release notes on your Apple Developer account.
