InFocus is present in many emerging markets including India where the US-based company has already launched quite a few Android smartphones.

After releasing a series of mid-range devices, InFocus announced the immediate availability of an affordable smartphone called M260. The new handset is now available in India exclusively via Snapdeal, a new report confirms.

Customers can now purchase the InFocus M260 for just Rs 3,999 outright, which is $60 or €55. The InFocus M260 is available in three color options, all featuring Black finish: Yellow, Orange and White.

As mentioned earlier, the M260 is a budget-friendly smartphone, so if you're looking for a mid-range device, then look elsewhere because this is not it.

The only positive thing about InFocus M260, aside its low price, is the fact that it comes preloaded with Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system right out of the box.

Obviously, if you decided to go for the M260, don't expect a Marshmallow upgrade because it's not going to come.

You must register in order to purchase the smartphone

Hardware-wise, InFocus M260 is equipped with a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory.

In addition, the smartphone packs microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB) and a modest 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with fixed focus, LED flash and video recording.

There's also a secondary 2-megapixel camera in the front for selfies and video calling. Speaking of which, the smartphone supports both 3G connectivity and dual-SIM support.

Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with AGPS support, microUSB 2.0, FM Radio and 3.5mm audio jack.

InFocus M260 sports a 4.5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports 854 x 480 pixels resolution. Also, the phone is powered by a 2,000 mAh battery, which should provide enough juice for 2 or 3 days of average use.
