14 DAY TRIAL // Adam's Venture: Origins is an adventure game that made its debut on PC and consoles some years ago. Although it's got mixed reviews, developer Vertigo Games and publisher SOEDESCO have decided to bring the game to even smaller screens, namely Nintendo Switch.
The Nintendo Switch version for adventure game Adam’s Venture: Origins will be available in both digital and physical format. Unfortunately, we don't have a price and a release date yet, although the PC version is now selling for $15 / €15.
If you're familiar with the series, then you probably know that Adam's Venture: Origins is a reimagining of the Adam's Venture franchise. The game has been streamlined and the story rewritten to provide players with a more engaging narrative. Also, the game features new, next-gen visuals, new gameplay, and new animation work.
In Adam's Venture: Origins, players will explore ancient ruins and recover mysterious artifacts, while trying to solve clever and creative puzzles throughout their adventurous journey. Speaking of the journey, the game will take you to many unique locations across the globe where you'll discover clues that are part of a story filled with mysteries.
The PC version of the game features a Special Edition DLC that includes the following: Adam’s Travel Journal, a special journal containing diary entries of Adam during his adventures, featuring exclusive concept art for the game and a lot of new insights into the thoughts and feelings of Adam during his adventures, 7 postcards with Adam’s Venture: Origins artwork, 1 map showing a mysterious location near the four rivers mentioned in the book of Genesis, and 1 full-color poster.
We're not sure whether or not the Nintendo Switch version will come with these goodies as well, or you'll have to pay extra. In any case, we'll let you know when the game's going to release and how much it will cost.
