Windows Phone fans rejoice, as AccuWeather has just announced the immediate availability of its new weather application for Windows 10 Mobile devices.

In fact, developers confirmed the release of a universal app that's now available for all Windows 10 devices, including PC and mobiles.

According to developers, with the new AccuWeather application users will be able to stay connected to localized forecasts with Superior Accuracy.

Also, the application now features a fresh new interface and design with clean lines, colors, and modern icons, which is meant to offer a more appealing, intuitive user experience.

The new AccuWeather application offers a consistent design experience across multiple screen sizes, including desktop, tablets, and mobile devices.

Among the new features included in AccuWeather for Windows 10 Mobile, developers announced improved location management functionality, as well as a streamlined settings menu that should provide easy customization and personalization.

Full Cortana integration, lots of new features and improvements

Moreover, all weather information provided by the application has been integrated with Cortana to include voice activated phrases within the app, allowing users to say “Cortana, What is my AccuWeather forecast?” and receive local forecast.

The newest AccuWeather application offers the latest weather forecasting, along with weather news and information, as well as severe weather alerts and notifications, interactive weather animations and much more.

You can now download AccuWeather for Windows 10 Mobile for free via Windows Store. The application should be fully compatible with all devices running Windows 10 Mobile and up.
