14 DAY TRIAL // Video game developer EA Sports is at the moment offering fans of American football a chance to get more information about the ratings for players in Madden NFL 16, giving them the details they need in order to prepare for the coming sim.
A new official blog reveals that Aaron Rodgers, from the Green Bay Packers, is the best-rated quarterback in the title, with an overall of 99.
The company adds, "The NFL MVP is excellent at many things. Between his 95 Throw Power, 98 Play Action, and 88 Throw on the Run, Rodgers can beat you in or out of the pocket. He’s awfully accurate, too. His 80 TAD is tops in the league, and he also boasts 94 TAS/92 TAM."
Tom Brady, of the New England Patriots, comes in as the second choice, with a 97 overall rating, and the developers explain that he is accurate but not suited to all situations.
The last position on the quarterback podium in Madden NFL 16 belongs to Drew Brees from the New Orleans Saints, who has an overall rating of 95.
Ben Roethlisberger, playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers, is also rated at 95 and is the fourth best for the position, mainly because he is tough to bring down, while the final choice made by EA Sports is Andrew Luck, a 94-rated player from the Indianapolis Colts.
Madden NFL 16 gives gamers the tools to make any team successful
The American football sim is delivering a new installment focused on the battle for aerial supremacy that determines many matches, with a host of mechanics that are designed to improve the overall level of realism.
Gamers can easily choose to use a quarterback that is not rated in the top five and lead their team to victory, as long as they choose the right tactics for them and surround them with other good players.
EA Sports is also improving the graphics and presentation of the game and adding a range of tweaks, including a new draft-focused mode, to the Ultimate Team experience.
Madden NFL 16 will be out on the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One on August 25, and gamers who have EA Access can play the game early.
