Renowned for its factory overclocked graphics cards, Zotac has just made official the Amp! Version of Nvidia's GTX 570 GPU, the board coming with improved clocks as well as with an impressive software bundle that brings gamers Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands, free of charge.

Just like most of the GTX 570 GPUs available on the market, the Amp! uses the same vapor chamber cooling solution as that of Nvidia's reference design, the card featuring 480 CUDA cores as well as 1280MB of GDDR5 memory.

This is linked to the graphics core via a 320-bit memory interface, the rest of the board's specifications being made up of 60 texture units and 40 ROPs.

However, unlike most other GTX 570 graphics cards, the Amp! is already factory overclocked, its graphics core running at 780 MHz while the memory's frequency is set at 4000MHz, 200MHz more than Nvidia's reference clock.

While this isn't as impressive as some of the other factory overclocked GTX 570 solutions that we have seen in the wild, the increase in operating speed should lead to an important performance gain in most games available out there.

Zotac is always pushing the performance limits with our Amp! Editions. The latest GeForce GTX 570 Amp! Edition is tweaked and tuned to deliver the absolute best performance in Microsoft DirectX 11 titles without sacrificing stability or reliability,” says Carsten Berger, marketing director, Zotac International.

Compared to other GTX 570 solutions, the GTX 570 Amp! Edition also distinguishes itself thanks to the complete software bundle that is comprised out of a full copy of Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands and the company's Boost Premium application package made up of a wide variety of software programs.

Sadly, no details about pricing or availability were disclosed by Zotac at this time.
