The actress who has just starred in the remake of the classic movie “Rosemary's Baby” is about to get a baby of her own. And it's not just the rumor mill talking, since Zoe Saldana has recently made an appearance on the red carpet at the premiere of “Guardians of the Galaxy” with a significant baby bump.

The news is picked up by Us Weekly, that claims to have it on good authority from an insider that Zoe is indeed 3-months pregnant with her husband Marco Perego. The insider dishes to the magazine, “Zoe is about three months pregnant. But she will only announce the news when she's ready.”

There seemed to be little confirmation needed when the actress who plays the role of a green-skinned killer turned hero in the movie “Guardians of the Galaxy” showed up at the movie premiere with a belly sticking out of her dress.

It was also pretty evident that the actress took little to no measures in hiding her bundle of joy, indicating that she's just about ready to make the announcement to the entire world, but she'd much rather let pictures speak louder than words.

Whereas other actresses might have gone with a loose dress to try and camouflage their bump, Zoe opted for a transparent, tight fitting dress that left little to the imagination and pretty much put all the speculation at rest.

Another insider with the family reveals that Zoe and her Italian artist husband are very excited to become parents and that “Zoe has always wanted a big family.” As for the father to be, the insider exclaims, “Marco's on board too!”

Saldana and Marco have been married since September 2013, when they decided to tie the knot in a secret ceremony that took place in London. At the time, an eye witness described the whole affair as “super small but very romantic and beautiful.”

It turns out that the new pregnancy is cause for a double celebration in the Saldana family, since the “Avatar” actress' sister, Mariel, is also currently expecting, meaning that there's going to be a double birth in the family pretty soon.

At the moment, Saldana is riding her glory train for her new movie, “Guardians of the Galaxy,” which has critics raving, something not that usual with comic book-inspired productions. But from the looks of things, the production team has managed to make a successful transition of the story from the printed universe to that of the big screen.

If the movie proves to be a winner at the box office too, then you can expect a sequel or two in the shortest time possible.
