Shellie Zimmerman, the wife of acquitted murder suspect George Zimmerman, has gone on Good Morning America to describe how the trial has had its toll on her.

Asked if she plans to remain married to Zimmerman, she dodges the question and responds that she has to think about that.

She also refuses to answer if she is living with her husband, hinting at a possible divorce. She opened up about receiving death threats and living in a trailer in the woods throughout the trial.

As I mentioned previously, she pleaded guilty for perjury for lying about family finances. Her husband did not accompany her in court for the hearing.

Investigative reporter Christi O’Connor tells ABC News that Zimmerman has not proven supportive of his wife. The pair had a fight and she was not at home when he fatally shot Trayvon Martin in February 2012.

“George Zimmerman has beaten down her self-esteem. She has a moment in the spotlight. She wants everyone to know that she changed her life,” O’Connor says.
