We've just reported over the weekend that another flagship smartphone in the Nubia family leaked online, though aside from some pictures no other details were known about the said device.

Today, another high-end ZTE smartphone has been spotted in China, but this time the so-called Nubia X8 was seen listed on the company's official website.

Even though the Nubia X8 has been removed from the website, the folks over at TechGadgetsz have been quick to capture a screenshot of the device and its specs sheet.

Comparing the two ZTE smartphones that leaked in the last couple of days, we can tell that these are different high-end devices, which are likely to be announced in the coming weeks.

Back on the ZTE Nubia X8, it looks like this handset will come with a bezel-less 5.5- or 6-inch capacitive touchscreen display that will support Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution.

A very powerful smartphone requires a large battery

The handset has been confirmed to measure 162 x 75 x 7.9 mm and it will weigh around 201g, which is quite a lot even for a phablet but there's a reason for that.

According to the official listing, Nubia X8 will be powered by a huge 5,120 mAh battery, which should provide enough juice for the high-resolution display and possibly the powerful processor inside.

Another piece of information that we got is the fact that the smartphone will pack 4GB of RAM and either 32GB or 64GB of internal memory. The smartphone will also feature microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 64GB).

ZTE Nubia X8 will ship with Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system onboard, and it will offer a wide range of connectivity options, including 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS with AGPS.

While there's no word on exactly when the Nubia X8 will go on sale, we do know that the smartphone will be available in both Black and Gold color versions.
