Helio will bring from now on YouTube videos on its devices. This is one step further, as YouTube has recently entered the mobile world and has been accepted and used by a large number of handset producers.

What Helio manages to bring new into this entire picture is the fact that users can also publish their own videos captured with the mobile devices. This has not always been the case with previous phone models which have decided to use this service.

"Helio has made it easier than ever to watch and publish videos to YouTube wherever you are, on a nationwide high-speed 3G network" said Sky Dayton, CEO of Helio. "Going even further, we've made it so you can shoot video on your Helio device and publish it to millions of YouTube users, in just two clicks. Taken together, Helio is providing our members with a complete YouTube experience unlike anything on the market today", further observed.

The mobile video service has been especially adapted to match the Helio service. With this, owners of such handsets will be able to share their experiences with the entire YouTube community and at the same time see the videos which might be of any personal interest to them.

"We're particularly excited about the direct upload feature and look forward to working together to bring the best YouTube experience to Helio's members", said Chad Hurley, CEO and co-founder, YouTube, as this feature enables the video community to continuously expand.

Helio Ocean, Drift and Heat, as well as devices set for a future release will be capable of bringing videos for their users. For this, they will be using the national 3G network which is capable of reaching a considerable speed. The YouTube catalog features videos classified as Featured, Recently Added, Most Viewed, Top Rated and Top Favorite.
