Chinese seller charges $199 / €162 for iPhone 5 display assembly

If you’re out to buy an iPhone 5 display and digitizer, for whatever reason, you can have one now for 199.99 / €162. [Update] Scrub that, they’re sold out.

Sold out? How can a standalone part from an unreleased iPhone be sold out before we can even post the news?

Well, there’s any number of answers to that question, but we’re guessing it was the big repair shops that snatched them, to secure a fruitful business after September 12 (the rumored launch date of the new iPhone).
