Models of the Chang’e Moon lander and Yutu Moon rover exist, among other things

You won't be able to 3D print an actual, working vehicle for a while, not to mention a space-capable machine, but mockups are easy enough to accomplish via 3D printing, something that Autodesk was all too eager to exploit.

So, to make a long story short, if you head over to Autodesk’s 123D website, you'll find models of the Chang’e Moon lander, the Yutu Moon rover, the Tiangong 1 space station and the Shenzhou capsule.

3D models of the Long March 2F rocket (which was used to launch them all into space) exist as well.

The models aren't 3D printed in one go of course. However, the individual parts are made in such a way that they can be assembled without the use of glue.

Every model has a description of the space device attached.
