eBay filled with 3G iPhone offers

If you thought you needed to wait until July 11 to buy the new iPhone from Apple, we're informing you that iPhone 3G is already up for sale on eBay. 203 items are currently found under "iphone 3G in Cell Phones & Smartphones," while offers range from 100 to 1,000 bucks a piece.

Just so we're clear on one aspect, we're talking pre-orders here. I didn't say "grab" the new iPhone, I said "buy" the new iPhone.

MacsimumNews pointed out yesterday that as many as four pages were packed full with iPhone 3G offers. Well, I'm happy to inform you guys that now there are 5 such pages waiting to be scrolled up and down, left to right, for the best possible price on the new device. An example of such an offer goes a bit like this:

"You are bidding on a pre-order for the 16 GB BRAND NEW APPLE 2.0 iPhone with 3G," one seller says. "The iPhone is to be released on July 11th and will be shipped out that very same day (time permitting). Shipping will include free priority mail anywhere within the US, although shipping internationally will be 35 dollars." The post even says users should specify whether they want their device in white or black, after purchase.

The guy adds that "as of right now nothing official has been posted by Apple that says all activations will be done in store." Therefore, the seller asks interested parties to send him emails providing additional information as to how activations will be done. He claims he is a "very conscious seller and will stay on top of any developments and stay in touch with the buyer in the event anything comes up."

The seller goes on to explain that if any issues should arise "due to the inability to ship the phone to you where you can not activate it," a 100% full refund will be issued to them. "Please purchase with confidence, and email me with any questions. My feedback is important to me and I am in this to offer a service and not risk hurting my feedback!," the post ends.
