It's pretty important to know what aspects of your mail technology must be improved in order to make it more useful for its customers. Also, you have to know which sides are most attractive and which are not because a web-based technology must be built in relation with users' demands in order to satisfy their needs. In case you didn't get it, I was talking about the email providers and especially about Yahoo. Yahoo Mail is surely one of the top email solutions on the market but, as time passes by, more and more features must be included in it. That's why Yahoo has just rolled out a Yahoo Mail survey which invites the fans of the application to support the parent company in its development stages of the technology.

"Today, we would like to ask you about Yahoo! Mail. Your opinions are very important to us. Please read each question carefully before answering. This survey is being hosted by Decipher Inc. on behalf of Yahoo!. Any personal information collected in this survey will not be released, but may be used in aggregate for research purposes and shared with Yahoo! partners pursuant to the Yahoo! Privacy Policy," the main page of the survey reads.

Besides the common information about you such as age and gender, the survey demands you to answer several other questions including: "how often do you send personal emails from your workplace?", "how would you rather receive an electronic lovenote" and "how have your email habits changed over the past 10 years?"

The last question of the survey, which is actually an invitation to share your opinion about emails, demands you to reveal the role of the email in your every day's life. "Please share with us how the role of email in your life has changed over the past 10 years, or how drastically your email habits have changed. Please provide your Yahoo! ID if you would be willing to be contacted by Yahoo! about your story," it reads.
