Interesting result provided by Yahoo's search engine

Once in a while, the search engines available on the Internet return some interesting results that provide other information than the one you've expected for. This time, Yahoo Search UK & Ireland provides an interesting result for the phrase "buy viagra". As you can see if you search for it, the 5th result is Google.com, the link redirecting you to the official page of the Google Search Engine. I guess it is just an attempt to change the results provided by the search engine but in this case, it's difficult to manage to modify Yahoo's links to send people to Google.

Usually, these attempts are entitled GoogleBombs and represent an illegal activity to modify the information provided by Google's SERP. "A Google bomb is Internet slang for a certain kind of attempt to influence the ranking of a given page in results returned by the Google search engine, often with humorous or political intentions. Because of the way that Google's algorithm works, a page will be ranked higher if the sites that link to that page use consistent anchor text. A Google bomb is created if a large number of sites link to the page in this manner," it is mentioned on Wikipedia.

In the past, there were several GoogleBombs identified on the search giant's technology. The first GoogleBomb ever created was returned for the "more evil than Satan himself" phrase that displayed Microsoft's page as the first result. Then, there were numerous attempts to modify the information returned for George W. Bush or other politicians but the search giant managed to quickly remove them.

Some time ago, Google's employees published a huge blog post to announce their intentions to block all the bombs attempts by using a new and innovative security feature. Although it is quite hard to block the GoogleBombs attacks, it seems like the company's tool is really efficient because since the blog post was published, no other modification was identified in Google's results.
