Chinese device manufacturer Xiaomi has been making a lot of fuss lately with the success of its NT3999 smartphone which sold as much as 10,000 units in ten minutes, when it was released.

But in early December I brought you news that the smartphone guru might be working on a tablet as well, as a picture of the purported tablet showed up on Chinese social networking website, Weibo.

Back then we didn't know much about the slate, except that it was dubbed the MiPad, but now Asian site MyDrivers claims it to have stumbled upon the complete list of specs for the Xiaomi tablet.

So according to them, the tablet will sport a 7-inch screen and will bundle the company’s popular MIUI skin and have an HD resolution with 1280 x 720 pixels. In the processor department, Xiaomi will add a MediaTek quad-core processor (1.5GHz MT8125) coupled with 1GB of RAM, not a Snapdragon 800 or Tegra 4 like it was previously speculated.

The tablet is also said to be 7.5 mm / 0.29 inches thick and is expected to appear with a popular price tag of $177 / €129.
