Simon Cowell sides with Cheryl Cole in feud against Louis Walsh and Dannii Minogue
Simon Cowell sides with Cheryl Cole in feud against Louis Walsh and Dannii Minogue

Just days ago, Louis Walsh lashed out at Cheryl Cole for making of the X Factor her personal playground. Now, after the most recent show, the rift between the judges and their constant feuding have become more apparent.

As The Vine puts it, where X Factor contestants fail to provide entertainment, the judges with their constant bickering and drama most certainly will. If they fail too, the media will stir up trouble and keep things interesting.

As noted above, Louis recently snapped at Cheryl for being a catty doll who always gets her way – and expects the entire world to submit to her will, which, obviously, Louis is not yet ready to do.

He called out Cole in front of the camera and in the press, but he’s not the only one looking for trouble with fellow judges, The Vine says, citing reports in the Mirror.

“It’s not all about you, Cheryl,” Louis tells Cheryl. To this, she responds, “What’s up? If you’ve got a problem say it to my face.”

“Cheryl is also hardly talking to Dannii Minogue, 39, as they clash in a fashion war,” a source says for the same publication.

Of course, as anyone who’s watched at least one show or read at least one British newspaper and / or tabloid in their life must know, the so-called “fashion war” between the two is not new.

What is new, instead, is the fact that even Simon Cowell is getting into this, siding with Cheryl against Louis and Dannii. Thus, two opposing camps have been born, STV writes.

“There are definitely two divisions. You’ve got Louis and Dannii, who look like they’ve been sucking on lemons. And then there’s me and Cheryl trying to have a good time,” Simon says.

“I haven;t really spoken to her much. Dannii seems a bit imperious this year, as if she’s above it all. Louis is like a naughty little boy. I’m glad there’s tension between them,” he goes on to say.

As Simon sees it, each year, Louis picks someone to fight with – and doesn’t give up until he’s succeeded in getting his (Simon’s, that is) attention.

According to him, this is what it’s all about, a fight for attention.

“I think it’s hysterical. It’s there because they both want my attention. If Louis is not getting enough attention, if I’m spending more time with Cheryl, he gets jealous,” Cowell says.
