If anyone was wondering what they could possibly wish to get for Christmas that wasn't at all ordinary, Patrick Priebe may have just what they need, or in this case yearn.

The man invented a wrist-mounted crossbow.

That's right, a live, homemade, laser-guided, wrist-mounted crossbow, or crossbow gauntlet if you will.

Brass and steel-tipped carbon fiber bolts can be fired with it and the accuracy is good enough for skewering apples from across an entire room.

Meanwhile, the laser sight is powered by two AA batteries.

Go here to check out what else this man has invented or visit YouTube for the videos he made (the one in this case totally lacks sound, for that extra, creepy feeling).

Priebe intends to publish the instructions for creating one of these gadgets soon.
