14 DAY TRIAL // Six years ago, one German shepherd going by the name of Capitán lost its master. Ever since, it has been spending all of its nights in the cemetery where Manuel Guzman is buried, making sure the grave is well guarded.
Sources inform us that, although the dog sometimes leaves the cemetery in order to spend some time with the rest of the Guzman family, it always returns before the night falls.
“I don't think he wanted to leave Manuel on his own at night,” one member of the family told the press.
What is even more interesting is that, although the Guzman did not allow this dog to take part in the funeral procession, the animal still managed to find its master's grave once it set out to look for it about a week after Manuel had passed away.
“We had never taken him to the cemetery so it is a mystery how he managed to find the place," further explains the late man's widow.
