This weekend will see 150 of US' finest videogame players coming to Las Vegas to battle for a spot on Team USA, which will travel to Monza, Italy, in October, for the international World Cyber Games Grand Final, to defend its title against 700 gamers from 70 countries.

In addition to the actual competition, the WCG USA final will feature a series of attractions for all audiences, including:

- Hell on Wheels, BMX Extreme Stunt Shows said to dazzle the crowd with stunts performed by some of the top bike tricksters in the business, including champion rider Ruel Erickson on Saturday afternoon.

- T.J. Lavin, X Games champion and host of MTV's Real World/Road Rules Gauntlet 2 will meet fans and sign autographs on Sunday before taking the stage to host the WCG USA Championship Awards Ceremony.

- KXTE-FM, 107.5 Xtreme Radio will broadcast live from the WCG Championship inside the Aladdin Grand Ballroom. In addition to playing music, DJs will keep ongoing running contests and promotions with Xbox 360s and Shuttle gaming PCs as prizes.

- WCG World Halo Champion Matthew "Zyos" Leto will teach fans basic techniques, secret weapon combos and other tactics to improve their Halo 2 game play in a series of tutorials.

- Registration Sweepstakes - attendees will have the chance to win even more prizes at the door.

The official sponsors of the WCG US Finals will offer even more attractions, including:

- Samsung Electronics America, the worldwide sponsor of the 2006 World Cyber Games, will display an assortment of their products, including their super-fast new 931c gaming monitor, the official monitor of the World Cyber Games, HDTV's, MP3 players, cell phones and other gadgets.

- Microsoft Xbox will feature a huge booth stocked with Xbox 360 consoles on which attendees will be able to check out the latest new gaming offers.

- Shuttle Computers will provide a chill-out zone featuring the XPC G5 WCG Special Edition, the official tournament PC of the World Cyber Games USA, where attendees can relax and listen to music on wireless game headsets.

- ATI promises to make you feel right at home with a booth filled with beanbag chairs and all the Xbox 360 you can play, plus a special walk-up Prey mini-tournament.

- Falcon Safety Products, makers of Dust-Off brand consumer electronics care products, will be giving away free stuff and will offer visitors a chance to try out their newest game promo, the Dust-Off Pit-Stop.

It seems one hell of a weekend is coming for those fortunate to attend.
