The 25-year-old says she is desperate to have a child but does not want to get married or have a relationship

Just days ago, a young woman desperate to have a child posted an ad on Facebook promising to pay a €500 ($540) reward to whatever man would get her pregnant.

The woman's ad went viral shortly after having landed on her Facebook page. Some offered to take the €500 ($540) and do their best to help her have a child, others criticized her decision to take to the social media site to look for a potential father for her not-yet-conceived baby.

Some found her ad so strange and suspicious that they went as far as to accuse the woman that she would probably sell the child or try to trick the father into paying for childcare.

The woman insists she just wants to be a mother

The young lady, identified as 25-year-old Adelina Albu from Timisoara, Romania, insists that, contrary to what some might assume, she merely wants to become a mother. It's as simple as that.

She's dated a few guys until now but neither of them has ever showed any interest in wanting to have a baby with her. Eventually, the woman gave up on trying to find Mr. Right and decided to start a family on her own.

Adelina Albu describes herself as a strong, independent woman. If given a choice, she wouldn't mind raising her child with a man and not on her own. The thing is that, to her, all men are too immature to handle.

“I am a mature, independent woman and I want a baby - not a man who behaves like one, but a proper one,” she wrote in her ad. Furthermore, “Rather than wasting my time on a pointless relationship I’m going to pay for it.”

The father will never, ever get to see the child

25-year-old Adelina Albu expects that, having gotten her pregnant and received the promised reward, the father of her future child would hand over all parental rights to her and disappear, never to be seen again.

She says she is well prepared to raise the baby on her own and has no intention whatsoever to keep in touch with the man who would get her pregnant, whoever he might be, Evoke informs.

Why the young woman didn't just go see a doctor and try in vitro fertilization instead of searching for baby daddies on Facebook and promising potential candidates cash remains a mystery.
