It's quite a well-known fact that Linux is slowly but surely becoming a very popular OS among computer users, for quite a lot of reasons, one of the most important being its free and transparent character. And since more and more users join the ranks of Linux aficionados almost on a daily basis, some manufacturers have decided to develop some really cool Linux devices, one of the most interesting being the Wizpy, a nifty little PMP/computer on a stick created by the Korean Turbo Linux corporation.

This little device is truly every Linux user's dream came true. Not only does it play your music and video clips and lets you view your photos on your 1.7" OLED display, but it also comes preloaded with a version of the Linux OS called Turbolinux FUJI, thus acting exactly like a bootable Linux mini-computer that lets the user enjoy his favorite OS on just about any system. Moreover, the Wizpy also comes packed with Firefox, Thunderbird, and Skype, so that you'll be able to start communicating, browsing the web and checking your e-mail in a matter of seconds.

Here is a list of the most important specifications and features this device offers:

- dimensions: 84mm x 42mm x 12.2mm; - weight: 60 g; - internal rechargeable Li-Ion battery; - storage capacity: 1.5 GB internal Flash memory; - features a 1.7" OLED display; - built-in FM tuner; - compatible with: MP3, OGG, WMA, AAC, JPEG, text files; - comes pre-loaded with Turbolinux FUJI, Firefox, Thunderbird, and Skype.

The device will be made available starting February 2007, for around $250, and will probably be quite successful, especially considering just how "hardcore" Linux fans and users are.
