Microsoft has introduced new pages to the Windows Azure site designed to help customers better find technical resources.

The Windows Azure website is just one example of how the Redmond company integrates deeply training, guidance, technical content, etc. into the web portals set up for its products.

In this particular case, the best place for customers to start when accessing Windows Azure technical content is the Learn page.

“Get started and learn how to plan, develop, store, migrate, control, monitor, manage, connect and fix services and data in Windows Azure and SQL Azure,” reads the page’s description.

According to Microsoft, the latest update to the site for its Cloud platform will make it easier than ever to find technical resources.

“We've recently introduced new pages to the Windows Azure web site to help you find information about a variety of technical subjects,” a member of the Windows Azure Information Experience Team stated.

“The cornerstone of the new pages is the Windows Azure Learn page, which acts as an information hub for accessing pages on all of the available technical subjects. Subjects include Plan and Design, Develop Applications, Migrate Services and Data, Store and Access Data, and more.”

There are of course, additional topics that customers can explore starting on the Learn page. It might be a good idea for those making their baby steps in Microsoft’s Cloud to have a look at the “Get started” content ahead of anything else.

“The technical subject pages (such as the one shown below) are designed to highlight featured tutorials and articles; provide catalogs of available self-paced tutorials and deep-dive technical content from a variety of reliable and authoritative sources; list additional resources such as blogs, forums, and references; [and] present a way to navigate between subjects,” the Windows Azure Information Experience Team representative added.
