Windows 10 Mobile isn't quite just around the corner, but fans have been given a taste of what's to come via Technical Preview builds that Microsoft releases almost every month.

But what if you could do things differently? What it you could put whatever features and options into Microsoft's next version of Windows Phone operating system?

A new concept that a Windows Phone fan sent to WMPU shows a slightly different approach on Windows 10 Mobile. It even includes some features that aren't yet included in Windows 10 for mobile phones.

The good news is all these features and many other improvements have been simulated and captured in a video for your viewing pleasure.

One of the most interesting features shown in this concept is the split-screen multitasking support that allows users to operate multiple apps at the same time via drag and drop.

But this is not the only interesting improvements presented in the concept. For example, the multi-color LED notifications from the Start button light. This is the same feature that Microsoft is rumored to introduce in Windows 10 Mobile, but it hasn't been confirmed yet.

Interactive Live Tiles? Yes, please

The concept also demos how you can use the Interactive Live Tiles. Furthermore, there's a vertical controller option at the bottom that is meant to improve one-hand use. This looks more like a basic one-hand mode.

There's also an improved Messaging notification that takes advantage of a draw-down toast, as well as a slightly different Store that has a few more options allowing users to customize the number of columns and how they want to arrange the apps.

In addition, the concept show a new Actions Centre, a new animation for when answering a call, as well as a new Lumia Share app that's meant to make Wi-Fi Direct feature much easier to use.
