14 DAY TRIAL // Google brings its chocolate goodies to India. The popular contest already under way in the US has been launched on Indian territory as well
Customers purchasing KitKat bars stamped with the green Android robot on the package will be eligible to take part in the promotion. Google is rewarding users by awarding a Nexus 7 tablet every each hours from a full goodie bag of 1000 devices.
To win their very own Nexus 7 tablet users have to purchase dark or regular varieties of Nestle KitKat chocolate bars and send an SMS with the eight-digit code found in the pack to 9880298802. The text should be sent in this format – SMS KITKAT <space> <8 digit code>.
However, Indian customers taking part in the contest can’t input the eight digit code on the company’s website, unlike their American counterparts. A text message is the only way to be a part of the competition.
