14 DAY TRIAL // Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett Smith are not ok with the idea of their son dating Kylie Jenner and have hoped so far that it would turn out to be just a phase he would grow out of. Since he hasn’t, they’re now warning him to stop hanging out with the Kardashians.
Rumors of Jaden and Kylie being an item have been around for some time now, even though the young rapper and actor was first linked romantically to her sister Kendall, who is now seeing One Direction’s Harry Styles.
They never publicly acknowledged their romance but have been photographed on dates, holding hands, and generally acting as more than friends. Insiders are now telling The National Enquirer (story via FansShare) that Jaden’s parents are urging him to dump her at the next chance.
“Will Smith and wife Jada hoped their son Jaden’s puppy love for Kylie Jenner would quickly fizzle, but now they’re demanding their 15-year-old Romeo dump her — and the entire Kardashian family!” says a source.
According to the tabloid, Will and Jada are convinced that Kylie (at her mother Kris Jenner’s suggestion) is using the association with Jaden to boost her profile and, with it, the family’s good reputation as well. This isn’t exactly a new rumor, though how accurate it is is still difficult to estimate.
“The more Will and Jada know about the Kardashians, the more they suspect Jaden’s just being used for his family fame. Kris gloms onto him as if he’s her own son, and he’s listening to her advice more than his own parents,” the tipster continues.
Consequently, Will and Jada have “told Jaden they’re not going to stand for it any longer. They’ve tried to talk sense into Jaden, but for the first time in his life, he’s openly defying his parents.”
Granted, The Enquirer isn’t exactly the most reliable source but, considering the sheer amount of reports on some of the things the Kardashians do for fame, it can’t be that difficult to imagine there must be some truth to them.
