Nintendo Japan has unveiled pricing for a set of upcoming Wii accessories and peripherals. Some of the accessories announced come with the Wii games console but some don't.

For example, the Wii AC Adapter is included in the retail package, but players can purchase a separate one for 3,000 yen. The Wii AV Cable also comes with the games console but Nintendo thought that your dog might chew it up and you will have to get another one for about 1,000 yen.

In order to get an improved image, gamers will have to purchase the Wii S-Video cable for about 2,500 yen. The Japanese might prefer the D-Cable component over the S-Video but they both deliver the same image quality. The price for the Wii D-Cable is the same as for the S-Video, 2,500 yen.

This sum of 2,500 yen seems to be the favorite for Nintendo as they announced that the component cable for the system will cost 2,500 yen also. If you prefer a wireless connection over the built-in WiFi connection you will have to pay 2,800 yen for the USB LAN adapter.

The priciest accessory announced today is the SD 512 MB Memory Card as its price was set at 3,800 yen. It has the same functionality as the standard SD memory card but has the Wii and Nintendo logos imprinted.

All these accessories and peripherals are due to be released on December 2, simultaneously with Wii. Pricing announced by Nintendo includes tax.
