Whitney Houston has worn out her welcome with Prince. After making an appearance at several of his most recent shows, Whitney has been banned from ever attending any because of her erratic behavior, it has emerged.

TMZ reports that Prince has eventually had it with Whitney, who kept demanding tickets for his shows, popping up and asking to be invited on stage.

To stop her from making a fool of herself, Prince has denied said requests so far. He’s also making sure Whitney will never have a chance to make them again by banning her.

“According to our Prince sources, Whitney attended several Prince concerts in the last few weeks and appeared to be ‘intoxicated’ at each show – though our sources never saw Whitney drink alcohol or take drugs,” TMZ writes.

“We’re told Whitney was constantly badgering Prince’s staff to let her up on the stage... but Team Prince shot her down multiple times because P’s people ‘didn’t want her to embarrass herself’,” the same report argues.

“Our sources say Whitney’s erratic behavior, coupled with repeated and excessive ticket demands became too much for Prince – and his team ultimately banned Houston from his concerts,” TMZ adds.

Just a couple of weeks ago, Whitney and her 18-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina (or Kriss) attended a Prince concert and, as the video below will confirm, they seemed to be having a lot of fun.

Yesterday, Houston’s rep confirmed reports that had emerged only hours before, that she was seeking professional help again with her drug and alcohol problems.

The singer is now being treated as an out-patient at a rehab facility, and is allowed to go outside and go about her life as usual, on the condition that she always be accompanied by a monitor.

“Whitney Houston is currently in an out-patient rehab program for drug and alcohol treatment. Whitney voluntarily entered the program to support her long-standing recovery process,” the singer’s publicist said in a statement yesterday.
