News from Pakistan says that a white tiger has passed away of a heat stroke following its being made to take part in PML-N's election campaign.

By the looks of it, the tiger was forced to take part in several rallies, all because of its being considered to be the party's election symbol.

The animal is said to have died earlier today, despite local veterinarians' efforts to revive it after the intense heat became too much for the tiger to bear.

According to Times of India, the white tiger passed away while at the University of Veterinary and Animal Science in Lahore, where it was taken after it started feeling ill on late Tuesday evening.

As was to be expected, conservationists were outraged when hearing the news of this tiger's death.

They say that it is a well-known fact that these big cats are extremely sensitive to heat and noise, and that they have no business taking part in election campaigns.
