The Galaxy W is not even available on the market and Samsung is already planning to release a white flavor version of the smartphone.

Unveiled last week, Samsung Galaxy W is a bit less-featured Galaxy S Plus, which hopefully will also translate in a lower price of the former.

It appears that the phone has already been confirmed in Europe via Three UK, which is expected to release the Galaxy W in the next few weeks.

Although Samsung has yet to announce any additional color schemes for the Galaxy W, it looks like a Vietnamese website was able to capture a white version of the handset.

Courtesy to Mai Nguyen, we can admire the new white colored Samsung Galaxy W, which we hope to meet this week at IFA 2011, in Berlin.

Those who are not familiar with the phone's specs sheet, the Samsung Galaxy W is a mid- to high-end Android smartphone.

Even though the phone is powered by a 1.4GHz single core processor, allowing for a faster web browsing and multitasking experiences, it's still under-equipped in comparison with the next generation of dual-core Android devices.

Furthermore, the Galaxy W comes with a 3.7-inch capacitive touchscreen display with 16 million colors support and 800 x 480 pixels resolution, which is slightly smaller than Galaxy S Plus' 4-inch screen.

However, the phone's 5-megapixel photo snapper features autofocus and LED flash, whereas the Galaxy S Plus lacks the flash.

In addition, a secondary VGA front facing camera for video calls is also included, along with HSDPA (14.4Mbps) and HSUPA (5.76Mbps) support.

As expected, the Galaxy W runs Google's Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), but it does not seem to feature Samsung's TouchWiz users interface.

It also packs a microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB), Wi-Fi hotspot capabilities, as well as Bluetooth 3.0, and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n connectivity.
