The major Google I/O 2011 developers' conference is less than a week away. In the past, the company has made significant announcements at the conference, in fact, it's one of the few times when some big new product or feature announcements should be expected from Google.

While the schedule for the various sessions during the conference is revealed much in advance, it's anyone's guess as to what the company plans to announce.

There are several hints or likely products that are going to be a part of the conference.

Android will clearly get a big focus, many sessions are focused on the mobile operating system. With so many people developing for Android, that's hardly surprising.

Google I/O will likely feature more details about the upcoming Ice Cream Sandwich release which will be merging the Android 2.3 Gingerbread and the tablet Android 3.0 Honeycomb branches.

3D graphics may be a highlight for developers, the NFC technology will likely be showcased as well, since Google has been bullish about it lately.

Also related to Android, Google may finally be launching its Google Music service. It's been negotiating with the major music labels for many months now, though the latest rumors don't sound too optimistic.

Google showcased its Music service at last year's Google I/O, so more details could be coming.

Another focus of the upcoming Google I/O could be Google TV. The platform failed to make a splash at launch, but Google is reportedly working on an updated product and support for Android apps should be a major selling point.

This year's Google I/O sold out in less than a hour, but you can still get the most out of it since the company is live streaming much of the event, not only the keynotes but also, for the first time, the sessions themselves for Android and Chrome. There's also an Android app for the event.
