Today, the moment when the Google employees had to answer the best questions sent by the users and concerning the Finance solution, finally took place. However, some of the answers are not quite what we expected because Katie Jacobs Stanton, Group Product Manager, Google Finance talked about only a few interesting topics concerning the financial product. Anyway, the Google employee revealed that a global version of Finance might be developed in the future as numerous consumers requested it. At this time, Google Finance offers quotes from Amsterdam, Brussels, Lisbon, London, Paris, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Toronto but there are more requested locations to be included.

In addition, the Mountain View company's representative talked about some potential tools that would allow the consumers download data and information provided by Google Finance. Well, it's simple: this is not possible! "If it were up to us, we would let you download everything," Katie Jacobs Stanton wrote, "but we have certain content contracts in place which dictate otherwise."

Also, a considerable amount of users requested real-time quotes that would make the Google Finance product a real monitoring solution for numerous businessmen from all around the world. "Getting real-time quotes to you for free is one of the top requests we're seeing. We couldn't agree more. In January, we announced a deal with the New York Stock Exchange which would allow our dissemination of last sale quote data to all of our users for free. We reached a similar agreement with Nasdaq shortly thereafter. However, because market data pricing is regulated by the SEC, we have to wait for the SEC to approve these deals. We're as anxious as you are to get this out to you as soon as possible," the Google representative wrote.

Thanks for the answers Katie and we look forward to new Questions and Answers programs because we really need hot information about the search giant's plans. Maybe some other products to be included into this interesting initiative?
