The site has been breached by two different hackers

Hackers have breached and defaced the official website of Nepal’s Office of the President (presidentofnepal.gov.np).

First, an Iranian hacker who uses the online moniker Dr.3v1l uploaded a defacement page to presidentofnepal.gov.np/banner. He has also leaked some information stolen from the site’s database, including administrator usernames and passwords.

It appears that the leaked credentials, or possibly a different vulnerability in the website, have been exploited by an Indian hacker to deface the website’s homepage.

At the time of writing, the website still hasn’t been cleaned up, despite the fact that over 24 hours have passed since the first attack.

No political messages have been posted on the website by either of the hackers, which indicates that the attacks were carried out by individuals who simply want to show off their skills.

A mirror of the defacement is available on zone-h.org. You can also check out the gallery below to see all the defacement pages.
