The footage was posted online by the Humane Society of the United States just yesterday, and shows a spotted skunk enjoying a nice bath.
Unfortunately, the tiny creature did not sign up for the bath because it was getting ready to go on a date and wanted to look its best.
On the contrary, it got covered in frying oil while sneaking around a restaurant, probably looking to steal the secret behind some amazing recipe.
It was rescued by folks at the Fund for Animals, who took it to the Wildlife Center and helped it get cleaned up.
As explained in the video, skunks groom themselves on a regular basis, which is why this little fellow risked ingesting a tad too much oil if left to fend for itself.
The skunk's rescuers say that, once spic and span, the creature will be released back into the wild.
