The seals these animals prey on rarely stand a chance of survival

Due to the fact that shark attacks more often than not happen at incredible speeds, it is quite difficult to grasp their mastery of hunting techniques.

However, thanks to this video showing shark attacks in slow motion, one can begin to understand how gifted these predators are, and why it is almost impossible for their prey to escape once the shark targets it and moves in for the kill.

We just reported on how Australia plans to start killing any sharks that happen to come too close to its coastal areas, so we figured this video would help shed new light on that issue.

Thus, although it may the true that sharks are efficient killers, conservationists are also right in claiming that these marine creatures are amazing to say the least and therefore have to be protected.
