Samsung has recently made available globally a host of new products, including the Galaxy S5 smartphone, Gear 2, Gear 2 Neo smartwatches and Gear Fit health-centric band.

As it's accustomed, the flagship smartphone was already featured in a host of commercials, while the Gear 2 and Gear Fit were briefly teased in a more atypical ad which told the story of two twin sisters separated at birth, who found each other.

Now, Sammy’s fitness wearable is getting a dedicated video ad of its own, in which the tech giant is mostly highlighting the design feats of the new device. The fitness band is being touted as the “world’s first wearable curved display.”

The device is also showed in action, displaying notifications and users can also spot the heart rate monitoring sensor which is placed on the back, like with the Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo.

For those of you considering to buy such a device, the Gear Fit comes with a 1.84-inch curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 423 x 128 pixels and draws power from a 180 MHz ARM Cortex M4 CPU manufactured by STMicroelectronics.

The device is now shipping out to customers for $199 / €144 a pop.
