Few can argue against the fact that the video above truly is a tearjerker, and I mean this in the best possible way.

The footage was posted online by Mill Dog Rescue only yesterday, and shows one pooch named Lizzy walking on grass for the first time in her life.

By the looks of it, Lizzy has spent the first 12 years of her life living inside a cage at a puppy mill. Because of this, she is having a rather difficult time making head and tail of the fuzzy green stuff her paws are now touching.

The people who rescued her suspect that she was being used as a breeding dog, hence her never been allowed to go out of her cage and experience the great outdoors.

Lizzy got rescued back in March 2013, and it wasn't long before she found a new, loving family.
