The bizarre creature was found in Venezuela by a biologist exploring local wildlife

Not very long ago, Dr. Arthur Anker decided to take some time and explore the wildlife presently found in various Venezuelan regions. It so happens that he stumbled upon a very weird-looking moth, whose pictures are now taking over the Internet as people are trying to determine whether the insect resembles a bird, a dog or a butterfly.

Truth the told, there are many who claim that this moth is pretty much a peculiar combination of all the above, and that most of all it looks like a poodle.

Up until now, about 200,000 species of moth have been identified and documented by scientists worldwide, but it seems that as many as 1 million different moth species presently call this planet their home.

Therefore, there is no telling what other similar discoveries may be lurking around the corners, just waiting to pose for the camera and entertain us with their peculiarities.
