Not long ago, Greenpeace rolled out a new campaign against drilling in the Arctic. For this initiative, the organization decided to take advantage of people's love for Christmas and Santa Claus.

Hence, Greenpeace is no longer asking that folks help save the Arctic. On the contrary, what the environmentalists want is that people join hands and safeguard Santa's home and presents factory in the North Pole.

The video above was released as part of the organization's Save Santa's Home, and shows polar bears, whales, seals and all sorts of other creatures swimming around a bunch of lost Christmas presents.

According to Greenpeace, these presents only ended up in the water due to the fact that Santa's home is melting because of climate change and global warming.

“As the North Pole ice melts, Santa's presents have begun to fall into the ocean,” the organization writes in the video description.

Those who want to help Greenpeace protect the Arctic from oil and gas companies that plan to exploit it need only head over to the official website for this campaign and sign the organization's Save Santa's Home petition.
