If you've ever wanted to know what an exploding egg looks like, here is your chance

It's Wednesday, which means that the weekend is ages away, which in turn means that many of you are probably kicking and screaming on the inside right about now.

Fear not, I am here to help you make it through the rest of the workweek. All you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the video below. Peace of mind guaranteed.

The video made it online a few days ago, and it shows a bunch of stuff exploding or being otherwise destroyed in slow motion. Needless to say, this footage is best suited for those with an appetite for destruction.

Some of the things that get destroyed (in the name of science, of course) in this video are an egg, a watermelon, balloons, electronics, and a bottle of booze.

I'm not sure why this is, but I have to admit that I for one like the part where the egg is blown into smithereens best. Mind you, I would never use TNT to cook an omelette, but I have to say that I find the sight of an exploding eggs fairly entertaining.

Check out the video to see other super awesome explosions, and be sure to share your thoughts on it in the comments section below.
