14 DAY TRIAL // The highly anticipated music video for Mariah Carey’s latest single, “#Beautiful” (yes, we’re using hashtags everywhere now, not just on Twitter), has dropped online, after premiering last night on American Idol.

With this video, Mariah has officially reached a new, totally amazing level of ridiculousness. I love her, seriously.
Not only did she make sure that the video included only the most glamorous shots of herself, but she also wanted her surroundings to be just as glamorous.
Barns with crystal chandeliers are, I believe, only possible in a Mariah Carey video.
The song is pretty awesome and catchy, perfect for a summer release but, if I were to be completely honest about it, I’d say it needs a bit more Mariah. After all, this isn’t a “Miguel ft. Mariah” collaboration, but the other way around.
