In the past, Chaotic Moon built a series of apps for Pizza Hut

Do you remember the huge Android coffee table that let you play a few games and stream your favorite Grey’s Anatomy episode while having tea and cookies?

Well, if snaking on Android isn't enough for you, maybe we should take out the big guns and bring you something more plentiful, like this touch-screen table that lets you create your own pizza.

The concept was created by restaurant chain Pizza Hut in collaboration with Chaotic Moon, a studio comprised of talented thinkers and designers.

Chaotic Moon co-founder Ben Lemm said he remembered when going to Pizza Hut with his family was a cool thing to do, especially because we was able to spend a few fun hours playing M. Pac-Man on the classic arcade table.

The nostalgia of those moments prompted him to come up with a concept that takes advantage of modern technology, in the form of a giant touch-screen table that lets you customize your pizza and then offers games for entertainment, while you wait on your order.

Even if this is a pretty great idea, I can’t help but raise the question of how Pizza Hut will maintain these touch-screens germ-free, especially considering pizzas are pretty greasy in general.

Anyway, we shouldn't be worrying about that now, since the pizza-table tablet is just in its prototype stages, so it might be a while until we sit down at Pizza hut and create the recipe of our dreams. At this stage, we’re not even sure the slate will run Android, but it’s very likely it will.
