The rings are perfectly round, keep their perfect shape for a surprisingly long time

If you're looking to have your mind blown in the best possible way, then the video below is just the thing for you. Especially if you're a fan of free diving.

The footage shows David Helder, a French free diver, creating underwater bubble rings similar to the ones dolphins are known to make. Truth be told, he's actually way more talented that these marine mammals.

The bubble rings that David Helder can make appear underwater are not only mind-bogglingly big and perfectly round, but also so well created that they linger on for a surprisingly long time.

The French free diver might make the business of creating underwater bubble rings look like a walk in the park, but performing such tricks is actually quite difficult. If it weren't, everybody would be doing it.

“Laying on the surface of the sea, I just blow one ring and I can see the fishes – they are kind of eating the ring. It’s another way of interacting with the life in the water,” the diver describes the experience.

“When you’re blowing rings, and they are all perfect, it’s something very Zen. When you’re very quiet, very calm during your breath-hold, and then you’re blowing rings in the same state of mind, it’s just like… wow!” he adds.
