Greenheads have a soft spot for electric vehicles, which is why the news that an electric bus that can accommodate as many as 135 people at a time will soon hit the streets in Geneva will probably please them.

More so given the fact that the bus can recharge in just 15 seconds, which is about as much as it takes for passengers to hop in and hop out during regular stops.

Check out the video above to learn more about the technologies this bus will encompass.

“TOSA is the first full electric articulated bus that runs without overhead lines. With it's so called ‘flash charging’, it recharges at the bus stop along the route in a record time of 15 seconds,” the people who worked on designing this bus say.

To test the vehicle, its manufacturers will first use it to transport passengers between Geneva's airport and the city’s international exhibition center, Palexpo.
