14 DAY TRIAL // They say an elephant never forgets. Still, there is one very important truth that seems to have slipped the mind of the baby elephant featured in the video above: that one should let sleeping dogs lie.
Apparently, this baby elephant is eager to play with the pooch. That is why it is desperately trying to wake to dog up.
Unfortunately, the latter appears to have had a really rough night, probably chasing cars and/or cats.
Hence its deciding to ignore the elephant's nudges and continue to sleep, even when the baby pachyderm uses its trunk to lift its front paws off the ground.
I don't know about you, but I for one have to admit that I am quite impressed by the baby elephant's determination. Then again, the dog's firmness is not to be ignored either.
