14 DAY TRIAL // The RTS (Real Time Strategy) genre is one of most popular ones on the PC gaming market. It has evolved since the first titles and now some franchises have come out on top and they are here to stay. Series like Blizzard's StarCraft or Electronic Arts' Command & Conquer will entertain PC gamers for quite some time.
But Relic Entertainment comes to challenge these franchises and has created a pretty considerable fanbase with its Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War series, which will see its latest iteration, Dawn of War II, appear on February 27 this year, and which will certainly attract quite a lot of avid strategy fans to buy it.
But before PC gamers go out shopping for this game, Relic has released the minimum and recommended PC specifications that their computers need to fulfill if they want to play it. Here they are, as posted on the official website of Dawn of War II:

Considering the fact that the game promises to deliver a great experience both in terms of visuals and as regards the huge battles that can be waged, these requirements don't seem very steep. Let's not forget that Relic has always respected its PC requirements and made its games according to them.
The announcement made by Relic also reports something about an open beta stage of the game, which will start soon, but states that further details will be released at the end of this week. Either way, this is great news and will surely make a lot of Warhammer fans even more excited about this upcoming game.
